xn777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by xn777 may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full features of the xn777 Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all xn777 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one xn777 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xn777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xn777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify xn777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• KYC Verification: xn777 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

xn777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at xn777's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount on xn777 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your xn777 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. xn777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• xn777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
• xn777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for xn777's operational expenses.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

xn777 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. xn777 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business hour during banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for security review.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

xn777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. xn777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Standard wagering requirements for xn777 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• xn777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules govern all gameplay on the xn777 Platform:

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on xn777's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• xn777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or human error. In such cases, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• Bets placed after the official closing time of a game round, event, or market will be void and refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xn777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on xn777, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the xn777 Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using xn777 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting xn777 support to resolve the dispute.
• Accessing xn777 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xn777 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to xn777's systems, databases, or other Players' accounts.

• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond xn777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.

xn777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xn777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xn777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that xn777 reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other Players, or xn777's reputation.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, xn777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.

You may close your xn777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms.

xn777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xn777 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the xn777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the xn777 Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the xn777 Platform shall first be submitted to xn777's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact xn777 support to initiate a formal complaint. xn777 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through xn777's internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
